Sherrell Hendrix is the owner of Strategic Solutions LLC; a woman-owned, small business that specializes in providing education research and program evaluation services. Her mission is to empower decision-makers to make strategic decisions regarding their programs and bring value to each project.

Sherrell’s professional experiences began in residence life. She worked as a Resident Director at Bridgewater College for two years after gaining a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from The University of Virginia in 2009. She then gained her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership at Old Dominion University (ODU) in 2013. She worked as the Assistant Director for Assessment and Planning within the Student Engagement and Enrollment Services division at ODU. She also worked as a Research Associate for the Office of Institutional Research at ODU.

Sherrell is currently the Manager for Operational Effectiveness at Green Dot Public Schools Tennessee. In this role, she is responsible for daily student transportation, state compliance reporting, vendor contract monitoring, and the provision of an extensive extended learning programming. She is also pursuing a Doctoral degree in Education Leadership at ODU.
